3，在raspberrypi 4 上安装docker和docker-compose

设置docker 的源：

经过漫长等等，就可以安装成功了：

特别注意是 docker-compose-linux-armv7 版本，linux版本。

#然后授权
sudo chmod 755 /usr/local/bin/docker-compose
